Step 1 : Create a big sphere 

Step 2 : Create a small sphere

Step 3 : Clone the small sphere (Right click at the small sphere)

Step 4 : Select Copy

Step 5 : Group the small sphere at a big sphere

Step 6 : Name the group

Step 7 : Create a cone

Step 8 : Select "Convert to editable poly

Step 9 : Select "Vertex" in the selection area

Step 10 : Select the vertex area that want to edit

Step 11 : Edit the selection area

Step 12 : Put the cone at the top of the big sphere

Step 13 : Clone the cone

Step 14 : Select scale to scale the cone

Step 15 : Select rotate to rotate the cone

Step 16 : Copy the cone

Step 17 : Cut the sphere just like mouth and put the 

other sphere to cover the hole
